How to send a problem report using a Mac

1. Open the Rapport Console by going to System Preferences > Trusteer Endpoint Protection 
2. Click Report a Problem at the bottom of the console 
3. Fill in your contact details.
4. If you were requested by a Trusteer Support representative to submit a problem report, please enter your case number, as it appears in the email that you have received, into the 'Problem description' box. Other wise, enter the description of the issue you are experiencing.
5. Click 'Submit problem report' to send the problem report.
