Rakesh is a private investor focusing on early stage Internet security companies. He was the Vice President of North American Sales at NetScreen Technologies (acquired by Juniper Networks), where he was responsible for the team that included Enterprise and Channel Sales as well as Systems Engineering. At NetScreen, Rakesh's team was responsible for over $120m of revenue with a quarterly bookings growth rate of more than 15%.
Steve Krausz has over 25 years of venture capital experience, having joined US Venture Partners in 1985. Mr. Krausz’ background and training is in information technology and electrical engineering. Mr. Krausz plays a leadership role in both USVP and the venture capital community. His focus areas include security and internet infrastructure.
Jacques joined USVP in 2005 and became a Venture Partner in 2009. Jacques focuses on fostering USVP position as an active investor in the Israeli market. He is working with several USVP companies such as Kilopass, Trusteer, Qnovo and Factery. Previously he has advised several portfolio companies including Dune Networks, ClearShape, Yoomba and LightSpeed Logic and served as executive chairman of Synfora and Certess.

Mr. Boodaei grew EMEA sales from zero to 40% of company revenues in less than 18 months. Prior to that, Mr. Boodaei was Imperva’s Vice President of Product Management and Technical Services. In this role, Mr. Boodaei was responsible for defining and creating several category defining-products in the fields of application and database security.
