Rapport can be deployed in less than 24 hours with no IT effort
As Rapport is a service, there is no server-side software or hardware impact to your data center. Moreover, you don't have to make any changes to your web applications to deploy Rapport. We simply turn on the service. The deployment process consists of two main tasks. The first is setting a policy for your web applications and the second is offering Rapport to your customers. Setting a policy is extremely easy and can be accomplished in a few hours. Trusteer's team of fraud analysts and security experts will work with you to set the best suitable policy for your apps. The policy is set through Trusteer's in-the-cloud management services and does not involve any data center installation or configuration.
Offering Rapport to your customers is mainly a marketing task and is not much different than offering an antivirus solution. You can base your offer on one of the templates provided by Trusteer or alternatively create your own messaging. The purpose is making your customers aware of the solution and encouraging them to use it. Customers download Rapport from the Trusteer website the same way they would download an anti-virus solution promoted by the bank. Trusteer provides first tier support which is similar to the support provided by antivirus vendors to customers.
