Users who experience a BSoD ("Blue Screen of Death") or other computer crashes may have files that hold valuable information regarding the crash specifics, which can help our developers understand the source of the problem. To send us these files, please follow these instructions:
1. Press and hold the Windows key and the 'R' key on your keyboard. Then Enter: %SystemRoot%\Minidump
2. Select all the files in the folder using Ctrl+A
3. Right Click and choose "Send To" > "Compressed (Zipped) folder"
4. Copy the file that was created (should be logs.zip or you can rename it) and send it by email (as attachment) to support@trusteer.com
