You should have a Trusteer Rapport icon (either green or grey) in your browser's address bar.

If you can't see an arrow click here.

You can also open the Rapport console:
Windows: Start->All Programs->Trusteer Rapport->Rapport Console
Mac: Apple menu > System preferences > Other > Rapport
You should see an indication that Rapport is running and whether the icon is hidden or visible.
