If you already have Rapport installed on your desktop, it is recommended that you report the problem from the Rapport console (see instructions below). This allows Rapport to attach important log files to your support request.

How to report a problem from the Rapport console (Windows)
1. Click ‘Start’.
2. Click ‘All Programs’.
3. Choose ‘Trusteer Rapport’ and click ‘Rapport Console’.
4. Click ‘Report a Problem’ (under ‘Help and Support’, first link):

How to report a problem from the Rapport console (Mac)
1. Open ‘System Preferences’.
2. Click ‘Rapport’ under ‘Other’.
3. Click ‘Report a Problem’.
