If you already have Rapport installed on your desktop, it is recommended that you report the problem from the Rapport console. This allows Rapport to attach important log files to your support request.

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Trusteer Endpoint Protection > Trusteer Endpoint Protection Console.
  2. In the Help and Support section, click Report a Problem:

  1. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible and click Submit.
  1. Open the Rapport Console:
    1. From the Apple menu, click System Preferences. In the Other category, click Trusteer Endpoint Protection, or
    2. Click the Rapport icon in the Internet browser and select Open Console.
  2. At the bottom of the console, click Report a Problem.
